🤘🏾🔵Shoutout to the Nassau, Bahamas men of Phi Beta Sigma- Delta Epsilon Sigma chapter , who just launched a new expungement and reintegration initiative today. The new program called Clean Slate 100, will assist eligible people in the community clear criminal records, and gain employment. 

📍An article on thenassauguardian website featuring  an interview with chapter members states:

“Too many capable men are locked out of the economy long after they’ve paid their debt,” said Shanley Toote, president of the Delta Epsilon Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. - Clean Slate 100 is about removing barriers that no longer serve the country because when men can work, earn, and contribute, families stabilize, businesses benefit, and communities grow.”

To help make the new initiative a success, they will be partnered with the National Training Agency (NTA), Eugene Dupuch Law School, the Rehabilitation of Offenders Committee, Dream Chasers, and Fincastle Media Group.
