Bruises. Here’s how heal a bruise faster, and how to avoid bruising as easily. 

Mix one teaspoon of arnica cream and one teaspoon of phenylephrine nasal spray. Mix it up and apply to the bruise 4-6 times a day. To avoid bruises make sure you are taking something with Vitamin E, D, K and Iron.
