If you couldn’t have seen, I’ve been thinking about my dream and my future life a lot lately and I’ve been getting overwhelmed.⁣

So I decided to simplify...⁣

Last night, I asked myself “Who am I right now? Where am I right now? And what do I need to do for tomorrow?”⁣

I want you to ask yourselves the same questions.  Overwhelm can sometimes take us over and control our every thought.⁣

But how can we push back? How can we challenge those thoughts???⁣
