Owners of #BramaleaCityCentre have submitted a new proposal to demolish the former Sears building, to construct 2 residential buildings with 40 & 50 storeys, and 1,000 rental units ‼️🌆👀

The original application submitted in 2021, included plans for 4 residential buildings ranging between 12 and 33 storeys — the application was redesigned and heard at Committee of Adjustment meeting in Dec. 2025

Plans also include for a new mall opening/entrance
