Open Up! was planned as an online exhibition of 30 contemporary artists representing both countries to commemorate 2021-2022 The Year of Korea-China Cultural Exchange and the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Korea and China. This project is a research project that examines changes in the contemporary art of two countries after diplomatic relations in 1992; and is an online exhibition based on the research results of participating researchers.⁠

‘오픈 업!’은 ‘2021-2022 한중 문화교류의 해’와 한국과 중국의 수교 30주년을 기념하여 양국을 대표하는 현대미술 작가 30인의 온라인 작품교류전입니다. 이 프로젝트는 1992년 수교 이후의 양국 현대미술에서의 변화를 살펴보는 연구 프로젝트이자 참여 연구자들의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 만들어진 온라인 전시입니다.⁠
