I am back!⁣

I took some much needed time away from social media, and it was most definitely the right decision. ⁣
⁣
It was like a deep exhale, and sense of freedom from the never ending hamster wheel that is social media. ⁣
⁣
During that time we had lots of change and excitement proceeded by many stressful and sleepless nights.⁣
⁣
But I can come back here and say without a shadow of a doubt that I feel regrounded in my purpose and direction with an immense sense of gratitude for what the future may hold. ⁣
⁣
I am back and ready to continue sharing about my journey, but this time not just my health journey but rather my journey as a whole. ⁣
⁣
For we are all the sum of a million different moments, and these moments no matter how big or small amass a value and imprint on our soul. ⁣
