Got 10 minutes? Then you’ve got Salted Caramel Sauce - it’s a breeze to make! 🥳 Here’s what you need to know -

1) Let the sugar melt completely before adding the butter!
2) Some of the butter may not want to incorporate completely while you whisk it in - that’s fine
3) If some hard clumps form after adding the heavy cream, that’s fine! They’ll melt back up over the heat
4) Don’t even think of using unsalted butter here - its 10000x better with salted!
