LOVE MUFFINS 🥹- because I’m in my muffin era. And this Valentine’s I wanted to make something sweet, in honor of you 🥰 Strawberry, chocolate, and a touch of cinnamon, plus they are as moist as they come thanks to my 30 oz. tub of icelandicprovisions plain skyr. I used low-fat this time because it’s the tub I’m currently working through, but skyr is so thick that it still comes out equally delicious 😍

#ad by now, you know #IcelandicProvisions and I are in a love-love relationship. I’m now a dedicated skyr girl (we’re committed) and I’ve tried this recipe with #skyr and I’ve tried it without, and the skyr makes ALL the difference.
