Homemade Soft & Chewy Chocolate Granola Bars for the win! These are loaded with oats, almonds/pecans, puffed rice (or quinoa or millet), finely diced California prunes (my favs!), unsweetened coconut, chia seeds—ALL THE GOODS! I partnered with my friends @CAPrunes to share these mega delicious SNAX that are loaded with good-for-you stuff, with the prunes (AKA dried plums!) coming in clutch with antioxidants, fiber + minerals.

**The granola bar looks crispy in the end because I had set it in the freezer to quickly set the chocolate for photos. I promise they are EXTREMELY soft and chewy and we love them!!
