Often times during development reps are wasted and more importantly time is wasted focusing on a mistake that then translates to the real game. (Ex: 1. You miss a shot and now you don’t sprint back on defense. 2. A teammate miss you on a pass and now you blow a defensive assignment. 3. You commit a turnover and your man beat you back door.)
