## Caption

garlic chicken stuffed shells with broccoli & cheese | perfect meal for family dinner✨

Recipe:
•sauté 4 chicken thighs (or breast) in a skillet with butter & garlic, then finely chop into small pieces (use rotisserie chicken for shortcut)
•boil box of jumbo pasta shells almost al dente
•bring skillet to med heat with 1tbsp olive oil, 1 diced shallot & 1tbsp garlic
•reduce heat & pour in two bornsimplefoods organic traditional marinara 
•stir in 3/4 cup heavy cream & simmer for 3min 
•add half of the sauce to large baking dish
•in a large bowl mix 2 cups ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, minced broccoli, 1 egg, 1tbsp parsley & chicken together
•stuff shells with mixture & place in baking dish 
•pour the rest of sauce over shells
•top shells with 2 cups of grated mozzarella & 1tbsp crushed red pepper 
•bake uncovered for 15-20min 
•top with grated parmesan
