Yesterday we hit the track and tested my current fitness in the mile. No PR, but set my 2nd best mile time. Thanks to coach brown_bambi for always bringing the best out of me & ken_bendell for pacing! I’m forever a student of the game, just learning and applying. We’ll see what happens when the weather breaks!
