Am so inspired for UA’s next chapter and welcoming stephanielinnartztravels as CEO to lead our amazing #TeamUA next month but we are not standing still…..Having a decision making lens is critical for any business, entrepreneur and frankly - just #life - is good practice…..wrote this w the help of a solid #whiteboard session in my office underarmour -  and is our current lens: “Will this decision we are about to make……”
	1.  INSPIRE our TEAM??
	2.  Give CONFIDENCE to our key Stakeholders/Shareholders??
	3.  Put FEAR into our Competition??
 It must ✅ all 3 to be a YES. 💪
