What do you do at SparkPlug?
• I’m a Senior Product Designer here at SparkPlug. I focus on making the user experience of our software intuitive and a joy to use.

What is your favorite thing about working at SparkPlug?
• I have a new favorite thing that pops up every week! One that sticks out most recently is our culture of continuous learning. The product team has started a book club, where we’re all reading together, gathering new ideas and discussing how we can improve as a team.

How would you describe the SparkPlug team?
• It’s a fun and friendly remote-work environment. The co-founders Andrew & Jake definitely lead the way in this! This includes team off-sites (most recently in Palm Springs) where we all bonded over group meals, outdoor activities and campfire smores. And continues online, where we start our daily standups with a cold-open. It’s a delight to learn little goofy and genuine tidbits about your teammates!

What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
• I own the world’s most comfortable deskchair - shoutout to LoveSac beanbags!

• Easygoing, Organized, Optimistic
