What do you do at SparkPlug?
• I am a Senior Product Manager here at SparkPlug!

What is your favorite thing about working at SparkPlug?
•The people and culture! The environment that Sparkplug is what every company aims to be on Glassdoor. I remember the end of my first week at Sparkplug being like, “Wow, they really do have an amazing culture here, they were not kidding.” I have the same sentiment one month later. The best part is that we not only know how to have a good time, but we all work very hard to achieve all of our goals individually and as a team.

How would you describe the SparkPlug team?
• The SparkPlug team is the most passionate and kind team I have worked with. Every team member is willing to help one another and genuinely cares about each other's professional and personal growth. When I joined Sparkplug, almost everyone reached out to me to get to know me and offer any help possible for a smooth onboarding, and this made me feel incredibly welcomed and motivated to do my best work.

What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
• I collect vinyls and have a pretty large collection. I’ve been collecting them for a few years now, and a couple of favorites I have are Daft Punk’s “Homework”, Duke Ellington and John Coltrane, and Nas “Illmatic”.
