5 YEARS AGO TODAY: I stepped into the squared circle for the first time and brought the juice with my nufbfamily brothers while we were in Nashville for our bowl game. 

4 and a half years passed before I got back in a ring but I NEVER forgot that feeling… that ability to CONNECT in such a special way… that ability to invoke emotion!

5 MONTHS AGO TODAY: I began training at the wwe Performance Center. Feeling blessed and excited to make a lot of people proud and even more people SMILE in 2023!
