## Caption

The story behind the winning shot. Photographer @georgiasoaresphoto took home the prize for best Match Action Photo and Overall Best North American Soccer Photo in 2022. After moving from Brazil to the States, Georgia dipped her toes in sports photography, and it’s been her passion ever since. We caught up with her to walk us through her winding journey to shooting soccer in North America, and everything that went into capturing that exceptional photo.

Link in bio for Georgia’s full story and more of her work.
