Q: 🤳 What makes you happy, motivated, or excited?

A: Professionally, I love finding ways to make content fun for everyone involved. Figuring out ways to make people smile, laugh, or think about what you’re trying to say is kind of the ultimate puzzle. Even the driest brand or topic can benefit from having a chance to not take itself too seriously. Ask me about the time I convinced the entire senior leadership at a senior living organization to be in a TikTok!

Outside of work, I’m super passionate about D.C. Sports (#ALLCAPS #FIGHTFINISHED), which unfortunately means I’m a lifetime victim of being a Commanders fan. *sigh* 

I like to think I’m a real “Carmy” in the kitchen. I don’t cook turkey for Thanksgiving either. Instead, braised short ribs with mushroom risotto and crispy balsamic brussels sprouts are my go-to dishes for holiday cooking.

I’m a lifelong gamer of all types: video games, board games, and Dungeons & Dragons. I’m very into my ever-expanding houseplant and jungle collection. I have a Monstera deliciosa that’s around 4 feet tall and takes up an entire corner of my house. I’m also learning Portuguese so when I visit Brazil with my wife, Gigi, next year, I can order feijoada on my own and tease my father-in-law for never wearing a shirt!

Q: 🎥What’s one social media account that always makes you laugh?

A: The YouTube channel Corridor Crew absolutely kills me. I’m a huge film fan and love learning about visual effects and stunt acting. This group has a hilarious series on both, and I don’t miss an episode! It’s also the only YouTube channel I keep up with.
