## Caption

Great weekend at the USA National Championship came out with a new PR of (43.70) which is number 10 all time in world history placing 2nd I remember when I entered the transfer portal and was sent home to train alone in the off season working 2 jobs and taking classes things were hard on and off the track and at times I felt like hanging up my spikes many times during that period of time but god puts his toughest soldiers through the hardest battles all I can say is I’m very blessed and will be competing for my country next month 🙏🏾
And big thank you to my support system on and off the track 🤞🏾
