here’s your reminder that you don’t need to put on a face and act like you are okay. it’s okay not to be okay. you are allowed to be hurting. you are allowed to take a step back. you are allowed to reach out for help.

the beginning of college was tough for me, dealing with injury and honestly starting to lose touch with who i was. i started changing myself to fit the people around me, and it wasn’t till recently that i realized this.

i felt so much pressure on myself to live up to expectations around me that i neglected myself and my well-being. 
•
if you are feeling like this or struggling in any way, remember that you don’t need to struggle alone. this moment is temporary, and you WILL SEE THE SUN AGAIN💜 you are so strong, and i believe in you🫶🏼
