Need a quick and easy recipe for Mardi Gras? If you’re like me, food always reminds me of travel and whenever I have Cajun inspired foods, it takes me right back to being in NOLA! This pasta recipe is SO good and incredibly easy to make - tender seared salmon coated in Cajun seasoning and pasta covered in a creamy sauce with the holy trinity - onion, bell pepper, and celery (and of course the pope - garlic!!).
