For our fourth and final story of Trailblazers in Black American Homeownership, we’re saluting Atlanta developers Booker T. Washington and Rashad Jones-Jennings. What they did is huge! Actually, it’s tiny. Washington and Jones-Jennings are making homes more affordable by making them smaller. Their first development, South Park Cottages, is a 29-unit micro-home community that offers a more approachable path to homeownership.
