I tend to go big or go home. 
But lately I’ve been enjoying going on some shorter hikes. 
Not for an intense workout or insane views. 
But just to be in nature, breath in the fresh air, and move my body. 
You don’t always have to push yourself to go harder sometimes you can just enjoy the time to slow down🌲
