"My name is Semoni Weaver, and I am a sophomore Multimedia Journalism student from Richmond, Virginia. I chose Marshall because I absolutely fell in love with the Journalism School here while visiting for Green & White Day in the Fall of 2019. My favorite thing about being a Marshall student is the various clubs and organizations offered throughout campus. Since being here for two years, I have joined numerous groups such as the Presidential and Social Media Ambassadors team, Student Government Association, DZ Delta Upsilon Chapter, Victoria Secret Pink Campus Team, and more!"
