Marshall University President Jerome A. Gilbert joined students and alumni in celebrating inclusion today as he toured their winning art installations, now on display on the Huntington campus. The pieces were chosen as winners of the Diversity, Equity, and Belonging Artist Competition hosted this year by the School of Art and Design and President Gilbert himself.
The winning artists include alumni Karen Fry and Sean Gue and students Peyton Dolin, Shyanna Ashcraft and Zahava Erikson. Their pieces are on display in Smith Hall, East Hall, Drinko Library and the Memorial Student Center.
