“To make a difference you have to make an impact”
When I first started this foundation it was honestly just a cool way to give back and a play off my last name OkuGo. Than when I finally decided to actually do something I quickly realized this non profit stuff ain’t no joke in terms of legalities. Took some time to really brainstorm what it was I really wanted to help and give back. Our mission is to provide resources for kids from low income backgrounds to better not only themselves but their communities. Through athletic, educational, and social programs we plan to do just that.
This past weekend was our first official kick off clinic. We provided free training to over 80 kids, raised money and brought in donations and school supplies for the local community center.

This post isn’t on that look at what I’m doing hype but more about everyone else pictured and not pictured who helped bring this to life.
My brother @camthegreat8 who’s our foundation director stepped up in a big way and helped bring everything to life. @lefive_westsac Was so gracious and amazing for allowing us to use their facility. Coaches like @itskaba @ike.ii @e.hord @adricjope #chris #alexis #dalton to help out on their weekend , can’t thank them enough. @jalil_anibaba4 For the inspiration watching him do his camps. @playersphilanthropyfund and @justinzoradi for all their advice and guidance.
Lastly the parents of all the kids pictured and not pictured that attended. Their sacrifices are so underrated...growing up my parents drove over an hour to and from 2-3x a week just to make sure I was getting proper soccer competition. Without that sacrifice I probably wouldn’t have been fortunate enough to make it this far. Unfortunately not every parent is able to do that and it’s true story because the first day of our clinic was strictly for kids from non profit organizations and travel was an issue with a good amount of them .

Check out the foundation if you feel like ever getting involved
