Rather than investing in glamorous luxury homes, Babel feels like investing in multi-family apartments, which is more of a necessity than hotels, malls, etc., is more recession-proof during this time. It would also allow him to scale his real estate investment portfolio much quicker. For him, Babel is all about growing his "cash-flow bucket". His current portfolio consists of homes from Miami to Amsterdam. And he's just getting started.⁣
