On the field, Chris Manhertz plays tight end for the Carolina Panthers. Off the field, Manhertz educates others. He spoke on a panel back in 2019 educating players on the numerous resources at their disposal, many of which Manhertz himself has taken advantage of. He has completed externships with the NFLPA, Fox Sports, and Under Armour.

Back in April of this current year, he led a webinar via Zoom that taught current and former NFL players the art of using their football experience to build quality resumes for when the cleats hang up. He believes that the ability to be coachable - something most NFL players possess - translates very well after football. Manhertz explained that being coachable means having an ability to "learn, adapt, and adjust". What is Manhertz's message to athletes during COVID-19?
