Restaurant-style Japanese gyoza…

at 📍Costco?! I stumbled upon this on sale this past week (still on sale this week btw!) and mannnnnnng this hits like the one at Ramen Danbo 🤤 

The instructions on the packaging is very straightforward - put the gyoza straight on the pan at medium high heat and pour in water to cook for 7 mins with a lid on. Then take off the lid for 3 mins or till the water evaporates and it starts to have the nice browned bottom 🥟 

I also love the sauce they include in the package - a sharp tangy vinegary based soy dip that cuts through any grease :) 

Pro-Tip: Shred some cabbage and drizzle kewpieusa’s roasted sesame salad sauce (which you can also get a Costco) to enjoy as a side with the dumplingzzzz
