Verizon said it resolved an outage that disrupted more than a million U.S. customers’ calling and other cellular services for more than 10 hours Wednesday — but it didn’t share the reason for the problem.

The carrier didn’t specify what caused Wednesday’s disruptions, but confirmed that the outage was resolved by 10:20 p.m. Verizon apologized to its customers and said that it would provide account credits to those who were affected.
