Today's award announcement highlights academic accomplishment. The "Academic Dedication" award will be presented to the player who prioritizes their role as a student on campus and makes significant efforts to remain in the highest of academic standing.

This award, following many votes from her teammates and past alumnae, is named after Julianne Bartosz '13. Bartosz accumulated ten points on the ice, three Academic All-MIAC Awards off the ice, and an All-MIAC Sportsmanship Team Selection.
