## Caption

Broccolini sunflower spread! Think of it like pesto, but packed with spinach, broccolini stems, a touch of anchovy, lemon and sunflower seeds to keep it allergy-friendly 🥦

The broccolini tops are kept whole to use as a crispy-salty topping, and dots of Calabrian chili paste and a small cardigan sweater of pecorino-romano are there to finish 😌

And while it’s on toast (because I couldn’t resist) this spread works on everything, from beans, to grain bowls to salads to right off the spoon. 

It’s just bright green and makes me feel like spring, and with March almost here, I need all the spring I can get ☀️
