💙 SMALL VICTORIES 💚

Jack Smiley’s mantras while recovering from a stroke on 2/21/22 have been simple (video feature link in bio):

• Celebrate small victories
• Accomplish what you can in the moment
• Don’t get stuck in the past of what you used to be capable of
• Embrace the challenge and don’t get overwhelmed by it

Jack’s thoughts could be practiced in almost any scenario and it’s certainly helped him in his lengthy recovery, which you can learn more about via the link in our bio

We’re proud of Jack and the positive impact he has made on so many that’s easily noticed when scrolling through his IG feed

Thank you to everyone who has helped Jack along the way
