While most of campus is just waking up, our faculty are already hard at work—coming together for thoughtful, early-morning conversations focused on strengthening teaching and learning.

This week, teachers used a tuning protocol to share and refine classroom practice. Mr. Mackie highlighted his work with math journaling, helping students reflect on their learning and see mathematics as a connected, meaningful whole as they prepare for AP exams.

It’s this quiet, behind-the-scenes work that fuels great classrooms. We’re proud of a faculty that shows up early, thinks deeply, and is always learning.
