In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the City of Tempe will close all administrative offices, as well as the following recreation and community centers on Monday, Jan. 19.

- Escalante Community Center, Senior Center and Pool, 2150 E. Orange St. (480-350-5800/480-350-5204)
- Kiwanis Recreation Center, Wave Pool, Tennis Center and Batting Range, 6111 S. All-America Way (480-350-5201/480-350-5727)
- Pyle Adult Recreation Center, 655 E. Southern Ave. (480-350-5211)
- North Tempe Multi-Generational Center and Senior Center, 1555 N. Bridalwreath St. (480-858-6500)
- Westside Community Center, 715 W. Fifth St. (480-858-2466)
- Escalante and McClintock outdoor pools and all splash pads are closed for the season.
