Catch-A-Calf Spotlight: Madi Steinman 🌟

Meet Madi Steinman, an 18-year-old from Bennett, CO, and one of our National Western Stock Show Catch-A-Calf recipients! 🐮 Madi and her calf, Boone, have had an amazing summer together, racking up some serious show success in preparation for #NWSS2026

🏆 Grand Champion – United We Show
🥈 Reserve Grand Champion – Arapahoe County Fair
🎖️ 6th in Showmanship + Champion Drive – Colorado State Fair

“Some of my favorite memories have been Catch-A-Calf pick up and my first jackpot show. Pick up day was so exciting — meeting my sponsors, creating connections, and bringing home my steer. My first jackpot, Diamond on the Plains in Keenesburg, was amazing — Boone and I took Champion in the Catch-A-Calf section!”

Now, she’s counting down the days until she returns to Denver to show at the 2026 National Western Stock Show: “Watching last year’s show, all I could think about was how I get the chance to do that — especially since we’re the first group to show in the new arena.”

We can’t wait to see Madi and Boone back in the ring this January! 👏 Learn more about the catch-a-calf program: link in bio
