## Caption

I love using spaghetti squash in recipes.  It’s an incredibly versatile vegetable that can be used in so many ways, it’s the perfect time of year to use it and it’s just so darn delicious.  This version combines the squash strands with a spicy turkey meat sauce, sautéed mushrooms and some cheese.  Baked together in a baking dish and you end up with a flavorful and healthy casserole perfect for this time of year. 
And I loved it so much that I included it in my cookbook, You Got This! on pg 135
