True story. I was driving with my husband the other day, giving him directions, and I had him go left when I really meant right. This sort of thing is starting to happen more and more! 🤣

I’ve been teaching HIIT classes for so long and mirroring each exercise, I’ve permanently transferred my rights to lefts! 😳

I always wished I’d learned another language besides English growing up, but I feel like this sort of thing must be going on in your head if you know several languages. If you know more than one language, do you get mixed up? 🤯
