2016 will always be one of my favorites 💙

It was the year I discovered strength training — and, more importantly, learned how discipline turns into self-belief.

I was working toward a dream that felt bigger than me at the time: becoming Miss NJ USA 🥹

So many lessons from that year still guide me today — trusting the process, staying consistent, and believing in myself even before there was proof.

2016 was truly a season of growth, grit, and quiet wins 💕
