Mini-cities are compact urban districts that offer a pedestrian-friendly lifestyle due to the proximity of homes, offices, eateries, shops and nightlife. Wynwood has quickly become a mini-city, partially due to the addition of The Gateway at Wynwood, which helped provide the final piece of the puzzle – Class A office space. “In the next couple of years, as new projects are completed, people will be able to live, work and play in this area, which is becoming a city within a city,” Shelby Rosenberg, rbrealtygroupllc’s head of development and acquisitions, asset and property manager, told Forbes.
