🚨 BREAKING: ICE goons allegedly CHOKED OUT A 16-YEAR-OLD U.S. CITIZEN, ripped the phone from his hands after he filmed them… and then SOLD IT like street-level criminals. This isn’t law enforcement — this is gangland behavior. 😡🔥

Arnoldo, a 10th-grader from Houston, Texas, was violently detained alongside his undocumented father. Hours later, ICE dumped the teenager back at his home alone — his shirt shredded, his neck badly bruised, his father gone. 🧍‍♂️💔

Doctors at Texas Children’s Hospital reportedly found signs of a chokehold, rushed him to the trauma unit, administered morphine for pain, and ordered a dozen CT scans and X-rays of his neck, spine, and head. This wasn’t “crowd control.” This was severe physical harm inflicted on a child. 🏥⚠️

Arnoldo had filmed much of the encounter — until agents allegedly stole his phone. Using Find My, he later tracked it to a used-electronics vending machine near an ICE detention center, making it painfully clear: federal agents appear to have taken evidence and sold it for personal profit. 📱💸

When the family reported this to Houston police, officers reportedly expressed skepticism — not about the abuse, but about whether they could even investigate federal agents. The family says they’ve heard nothing since. 🚔❌

Then came the threats: DHS allegedly warned that Arnoldo could be charged with “assault” — because he elbowed agents while being CHOKED — unless his father agreed to deport himself. He did. Arnoldo is now without his father. 🤬🌎

To top it off, DHS spokesperson Tricia McLaughlin had the audacity to claim the officer “graciously chose not to press charges.” Gracious? After choking a child, stealing evidence, and tearing a family apart? 🧢🚫

This is what unchecked power looks like. If one incident like this doesn’t trigger a full-scale investigation, daily reports like this should trigger the dismantling of the entire operation, criminal prosecutions included. America cannot tolerate gangs hiding behind badges. 🇺🇸⚖️
