The Blossoming Bee's Knees (makes 1)
◻️ 1½ oz SILKS Irish Dry Gin
◻️ ¾ oz honey syrup
◻️ ¾ oz lemon juice
◻️ 3 drops rosewater
◻️ 3 oz Yes Way Rosé Bubbles
◻️ Lemon round, edible flowers, for garnish
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Add SILKS Irish Dry Gin, honey syrup, lemon juice, rosewater and ice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled.
2. Strain cocktail mixture into a coupe glass. Fill glass with Yes Way Rosé Bubbles. If desired, garnish with a lemon round and edible flowers.
