Over 1,500 scholarship players entered the transfer portal between December 5th and January 18th. On May 1st the best college football players are changing schools again when the transfer portal opens back up. Here are three names that you should hope you favorite team picks up.

First up is now Arkansas CB Jaheim Singletary.A 5-star in the 2022 recruiting class, he redshirted his true freshman season and played only 13 snaps across 3 games for Georgia. He was previously committed to Ohio State, with interest from Florida and Miami during his initial recruitment. Singletary will likely be looking for a program that can give him more playing time.

Next is now Colorado WR Xavier Weaver, Weaver was USF’s leading receiver the last two seasons. He has a combined 94 catches for 1,433 yards, and 9 TDs, and was second-team All-AAC as a junior. So far, Weaver has visited West Virginia, Arkansas, and Colorado

Last but not least, who I am most excited about — USC WR Gary Bryant Jr. Bryant had 44 catches, 579 yards, and 8 touchdowns as a sophomore in 2021. He already felt the negative repercussions of the transfer portal as Lincoln Riley and USC’s new coaching staff brought in four new WRs last year. Bryant Redshirted most of the 2022 season and has already visited Miami and Arizona.
