When I started Bare Feet over 12 years ago, my goal was to emulate how I traveled and explored the world - by connecting with locals.  Always.  Connecting with them through dance, music, food, libations, conversations…from the very start, I quickly understood that travel is about the PEOPLE you meet, not necessarily the place itself.

12 years later, that mission hasn’t changed - I am beyond grateful and so proud of this NEW #BareFeetSeries out now through cntraveler and tourismireland featuring New Irish Voices in Dublin!

I’m foraging with Tanya Jordan of wildfoodevents just 30 minutes outside the city center at Killiney Beach along the Irish Sea.

I relish in the consciously curated tasting menu at delahuntcamden with Chef Chris Maguire.

I have afternoon tea with General Manager and true steward of theshelbournedublin, JP Kavanaugh.

I soak in the traditional sounds of Ireland’s unique instrument, the uilleann pipes, by musician louisemulcahymusic at theoldstorehouse in preparation for tradfesttemplebar.

I find my soul-sister with Irish female author lulunealon at booksupstairs.

And I have the honor of dancing with the virtuosic group prodijig at the legendary studiosliffey.
