✨HIDDEN GEM ALERT✨

The best part of Denver Restaurant Week is trying spots I’ve never been to and thank goodness, because it allowed me to stumble upon this hidden gem! 

@sullivanscrapkitchen is a place I’ve driven passed millions of times but never realized it was there. Behind their unassuming doors is a casual eatery with ridiculously good food that focuses on sustainability. I opted for the restaurant week menu and everything I ate blew me away! 

1st Course: Roasted & Fried Onion or Bruschetta Duo

2nd Course: Roasted Carrots or Brussel Sprouts 

3rd Course: Sage Gnocchi or Mushroom Risotto 

4th Course: Beignets or Dark Chocolate Mousse
