Have you ever looked back and created a timeline of your relationship / friendship?? We recently mapped ours out and thought it worth sharing a snapshot. Made us laugh, made us 🥹… hopefully it brings you a smile! 🫶

🗓️ 2014 - Evan was visiting friends in San Diego and we stumbled into each other at a taco shop. Somehow, between tacos, he snagged my number! 
•
🗓️ 2014 - 9 days later, despite hating road tripping, I agreed to join Evan on one that took us across Utah (36 hours) 🚙 — now THAT was speed dating 😆. 20 Q’s, anyone?

🗓️ 2015 - shortly after, we decided to go for it and Evan moved from Lake Arrowhead to San Diego! Pilling into my tiny space. 
•
🗓️ 2016 - halfway through a bike-packing trip into Canada, Evan proposed in Stanley Park, Vancouver. Knowing that I’m a Daddy’s girl, he ensured Papa Squirrel was there… at a nearby bench 🥹. You can imagine me standing there sweaty, next to our bikes, saying, “Wait.”, “What!”, “Is this real?!” “Noooo.” 😂… then we had 3 days to bike back to Seattle, Washington 🚴.

🗓️ 2017: we tied the knot on the shores of Lake Arrowhead 💍.

More to come, but for now, it’s FriYay… and we’re feeling grateful to be home, and with zero plans other than enjoying San Diego with Maxx 🐶.
