2016…it was a turning point year for me as thewrestlingclassic and in my real life. 

The page was growing and I was getting recognition even though the majority didn’t know my name, how I looked or really anything about me. I was still a mystery to many. 

In my real life - I wasn’t confident or really that happy. It might have been one of my darkest years. Definitely one of the hardest as I was balancing the two lives. 

Justin Dhillon was lost and broken. The Wrestling Classic was being discovered and thriving. The potential was becoming more clear. 

I was helping other people but not helping myself. 

The Wrestling Classic was not just my escapism but it was my refuge and anchor. It gave me a purpose back in 2016 when everything else failed or fell apart. 

I was supported by people I looked up to, heard by those I admired and strangers believed in me more than I did.

I believe in silver linings during the hard times even if you can’t see or appreciate them while you’re in the deep end. However looking back now and considering everything I’ve done since…2016 was filled with silver linings. 

I took a sad song and made it better. A lot has changed since then. Perspective, life and what not. Ya dig?! 

If you ever think I forgot your kind words, the support or any of the little things - I do my best not to. Makes you a lot more grateful for the small things in life. Appreciate you all. ❤️👊🏽
