🩷❤️💜 This one made a lot of people angry last year. They said red balloon garlands distracted from the all foil pink and purple balloon wall. Technically they said the red balloons ruined it hahaha.  Because it was for Valentine’s Day I think I still like it with or without the red balloons. I just love those mini bow balloons 🎀
