Ever wonder what it's like to trip and uncover parts of you, you didn't know were there?

@laurenberlingeri and @ktkaps did too, so they embarked on a drug free journey into psychadelic breathwork, mimicing similar effects to a drug induced dmt trip. 🧠

After setting intentions for their session like increasing dopamine receptors in their brain, they were guided on this journey solely using breathwork techniques and sound.  🔊🧘🏼‍♀️
