## Caption

Cannoli Cupcakes with a cannoli filling, topped with a Ricotta Buttercream Frosting. I made these last year and then spent months looking for the memory card with the videos and just couldn’t find them. Then this weekend I found a stray memory card in my drawer, I went to check what was in it and there they were, my beloved Cannoli Cupcakes!
This recipe was meant to be in my book Fantastic Filled Cupcakes but the whole chapter in which it was included got cut due to space! And it’s such a good recipe to not be shared with the world! So here it is! Hope you enjoy 😘
